Our six-pronged approach ensures that your school district is equipped with the tools and strategies needed for sustainable success, with a special emphasis on supporting marginalized and vulnerable students and promoting equity.
We led the Black Student and Family Task Force with Pasadena Unified School District for one year to address the achievement gap for Black students.
We united community members, parents, students, staff, district leaders, organizations, and local businesses through committees and town halls.
This lead to the creation of the innovative middle school academy where students are seen, heard, and supported to thrive.

Equation 2 Success specializes in developing and designing academies that blend innovative curriculum, professional development, and community engagement.
From concept to implementation, we create learning spaces where students are supported, empowered, and positioned for long-term success.
Our team led curriculum development, delivered Skoolturf professional development, and continued to provide expert guidance to launch and implement a brand new program that integrated technology with innovative curricula for Pasadena Unified School District.
This work culminated in the official launch of the Immersive Storytelling Academy in August 2025.

Equation 2 Success designs and implements pre- and post- assessments measuring student growth, teacher growth, and conducting program evaluations to track impact and drive continuous improvement.
We partnered with UCLA’s Math Achievement Program to evaluate program effectiveness, measure student growth, and assess teacher development.
Our findings guided ongoing improvements to strengthen concept mastery, support ongoing funding, and most importantly, drive student success.
